"Genoese in jeans": photo shooting

GENOVESI IN JEANS is an opportunity for all citizens to become the protagonists of a photographic portrait taken by photographer ALBERTO MARIA VEDOVA.

Everyone who intervenes on Saturday, October 7, wearing a jeans outfit will be given an instant Polaroid as a souvenir of the initiative.
In addition, the most significant images will later be the subject of a photo exhibition.
The photo studio will be located, Saturday, Oct. 7, in the headquarters of the Neighborhood Committee FOR PRÈ, in PIAZZETTA VITTIME DI TUTTE MAFIE, from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The headquarters of the PER PRÈ Committee is located in the denim district.
With the opening of the St. Thomas Oratory and the installation planned within it, the PRE PRÈ headquarters marries one of the most important goals of Genoa Jeans Network Space: A place to network and one that wants the historic city to participate.

PHOTOGRAPHER Alberto Maria Vedova

Acclaimed journalist, Videoreporter, documentary filmmaker and director. Alberto Maria Vedova from an early age developed a keen interest in cinematography, a passion that would shape him into adulthood. He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy and increased his education thanks to a master’s degree in communication. After several experiences in the capital as head of the press office of the NGO Greenpeace and the national party Italia dei Valori, he moved to Milan where he embarked on his career as a journalist. Editor for important national newspapers such as Repubblica, La Stampa, since 2010 he has been writing and producing video and photo reports for Ilsecoloxix and other scientific and trade magazines. In 2019 he invests by creating AW Productions. Director for numerous music videos and commercials, some of them broadcast on TV networks, Rai, Mediaset and others, he leads a team of professionals.
